Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

• Domestic (USA): 5–12 business days after processing.
• Express domestic: 3–6 business days (where available).
• International: 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, customs, or high-demand seasons.

• Free standard US shipping on orders over $75.
• Flat-rate standard shipping under $75 is calculated at checkout.
• Express and international rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, contact us.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Urban Nest Goods USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
