Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email UrbanNestGoodsUSA@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier. We recommend keeping the tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival), we'll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged / defective / wrong item: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement. This avoids stock issues and gets your new item to you faster.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter processing (typically within a few hours of ordering). Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale and clearance items
  • Personal care, beauty and intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
